DIET. A ‘cursed’ word for me! A synonymous word for every woman ever live on earth. *sarcastic*. Talking about this BIG – i really mean big – thing, I could not help but asking myself what on earth is this diet stuff has to be in my post.

Just a couple of days ago, whether through coincidence or fate or whatever it might have been, I was browsing through the TV channels when SOMETHING on TV caught my attention. A program ‘The Biggest Loser’ was being aired. OMG, it’s my first time watching it, plus it was the finale of the show. Hahahaha! Sarcasm struck again.

Well, it’s just so nice to explain what it has got to do with me, ehh? I’m considered as average-sized, but not one that you would vote for a beauty pageant. Hehe! Announcement: I’m a bit ‘berisi’ or fatty as some would refer it. Toning down is my biggest dream, yet it seems so hard and impractical to deal with. I’veĀ  been on a quite-a-regular diet of one full meal a day and a serving of oatmeal daily since 3 months ago. Wait! Didn’t I tell you I toned down at my stomach area? Seriously. But that’s just it.

The story goes like this…I’m having my 2-month semester break now. That’s the root of the problem. Eat. eat. eat. No exercise! At all. Crap. Then the show proves to be a turning point for me. I see real people with massive body and fats daring to go all out to lose weight. The biggest loser is the one losing more body fats and weight. But then again, imagination can run wild, real fiery. The question is: to do or not to do? You figure.
