Juggling time

Urgh, I’m juggling my little time left in KK between reading an interesting novel I bought recently (left) and another classics by DH Lawrence – Sons and Lovers. I’ve watched the movie, and I’ve come to terms to commit reading PS I Love You; or else I have to ‘abandon’ my love for novels for another ‘educational-related’ classics. *Sigh*

I didn’t actually want to buy this novel (‘cos I know I wouldn’t have time reading it casually). Well, though I’m not into Hilary Swank (she’s even not my ideal when watching the movie), the simplicity of the front cover plus the minimal use of colours for the front cover design attracted me!

**Looks like I have to postpone my indulging in this novel for a few months**

 

Fly FM’s Flirty at 10.30

Awwh, I seriously do miss tuning in to DJ Jules and Prem’s hot and sometimes EMBARRASSING show — Flirty @ 10.30! Tell you what, this is a show you want to listen to ’cause it’s REAL and brings you along in the drama too! Young soul like me (gee, I am one) gets unwillingly excited though only as passive listener. What more if I’m on air!

Crushin’ on someone but can’t bring yourself to declare your love? Stop sweating! Just get Jules and Prem to do it for you instead! If cupid is feeling good, you might just receive a call from Jules and Prem. So thus they promote.

The catch is, it is so absolutely on-air! But then, you can’t tune in to Fly FM unless you’re somewhere in Semenanjung. I got ‘hooked up’ with this since a year ago during my horror semesters at UITM Shah Alam! Somehow, it proves to be a magic potion to days of havocs, chaos, and endless ‘dramas’! No fairy tales, no fairy godmother/father, no magic wands, only Fly FM Flirty @ 10.30.

 

Chocolatey Indulgence

Bad chocolatey indulgence! Mentioning chocolate, everyone sure does love the sweet indulgence. Haha! I am not spared of the obsession of savouring the so-called aphrodisiac either. I am a chocolate-lover, I am. In fact, it is kinda lame writing about it. What about it? Say, duh, this is lame. Like I don’t know more about chocolate. So they say!

Imported chocolates ( I mean real imported chocolates, not the ones with licenses), are much better in taste and ‘tooth-friendly’ compared to the local-made ones! My POV and through experiences. No offense though. My bad indulgence started when I indulged on Cadbury Dairy Milk With Caramel Centre. Perhaps ’twas me over-eating and over-indulging, but I was so sure I only consumed like 2 lines of the chocolate bar. Or ’twas the over-sweetened caramel soft centre which caused my sore-throat! Or ’twas my sensitive throat every time I ‘over-indulge’ on sweet stuff!

Well, I can’t compare Hershey’s chocolates to Cadbury’s since Hershey’s acquired the license to manufacture and sell Cadbury products. But the caramel soft centre can be improved in taste and sugar content wise.
